Velocity Factor – 2012 Mitsubishi Evo X Building the Ultimate Evo

This is one of the most exciting builds we’ve been involved since late last year. We believe we have compiled on this Evo X, the best engineered upgrades that will compliment this car like no other. Our goal was to improve all areas of this vehicle. There wasn’t much that was left untouched when were done. This car had a complete makeover for the better. We are so proud of our work on this Evo, we could almost call it an Evo XI. For power enhancements, we installed a performance air intake with a custom-made heat shield. The air intake feeds an EFR 7670 Turbo. The intake charge from the upgraded turbo is handled by a Greedy intercooler. The newfound power is put to the ground via Bridgestone Potenza S04 size 255/35 R19 mounted on lightweight Advan GT wheels and a set of Tein Flex Coil-over Suspension System. To slow things down, StopTech rotors were installed along with Hawk Ceramic performance pads and BFGoodrich steel braided brake lines. The finishing touch was a functional APR GTC300 racing wing made of carbon fiber and a pair of Carbign Craft side mirrors also made of carbon fiber. The rear wing and the mirrors complete the look and enhance the aerodynamic efficiency of this Evo. The Evo X is a good starting point when chosing a performance vehicle but its the sum of all parts installed on this build that makes this car great. Total integration of performance upgrades working together as one. This is the method that Velocity Factor applies to every build.
